Pricing reflects professional standards, equipment, travel, and coordination — not the number of cleaners onsite.
Finishing early due to additional staff does not change the agreed price.
Only the selected service and add-ons will be completed.
No additional time or tasks are provided free of charge.
If more time is required, client approval is required before continuing and additional charges apply.
Areas must be clear and accessible to be cleaned.
We do not wash dishes, tidy clutter, move belongings, empty bins, or dispose of personal items.
If an area is not accessible or not booked, it will be skipped.
