  • Our pricing is fixed and time-allocated so clients know the cost upfront with no surprises.

    This allows us to plan properly, bring the right equipment, and deliver consistent results

    without rushing or inflating hours.

  • No. Pricing is based on the service standard, time allocated, travel, equipment, and

    coordination, not the number of cleaners onsite.

    If we use multiple cleaners and finish sooner, the price remains the same.

  • If the allocated time is reached and the clean is not complete, we’ll contact you to ask

    whether you’d like us to continue. Additional time is only provided with your approval and

    charged accordingly.

  • All base prices include:

    ● 1 bedroom

    ● 1 bathroom

    ● 1 separate toilet

    ● 1 laundry

    ● 1 lounge

    ● 1 dining room

    ● Kitchen

    Any additional rooms or areas are added on at booking.

  • No. We clean surfaces and areas that are clear and accessible.

    We don’t wash dishes, put items away, move belongings, or declutter unless those services

    are booked separately.

  • To allow us to clean efficiently:

    ● Floors should be clear of clothes, toys, and belongings

    ● Benches should be clear

    ● Sinks should be free of dishes and laundry

    If an area isn’t clear or accessible, it will be skipped.

  • No. We don’t empty bins or dispose of bottles, soap, or personal items.

  • No. Pre-sale and end-of-lease cleans are presentation standard only. Outcomes depend on

    the condition of the property and third-party expectations (landlords, agents, buyers).

  • We’re not a cash-in-hand or hourly cleaner. Our pricing reflects:

    ● Professional standards and systems

    ● Commercial-grade equipment and products

    ● Travel and setup time

    ● Clear scope and accountability

    Many cheaper quotes don’t include these or rely on open-ended hourly pricing.

  • We are based in Riverton and service the surrounding areas. Travel and logistics are

    already factored into our pricing.

  • We may take before and after photos for quality control.

    If you consent, photos may also be used for marketing — personal or identifying items are

    never shown.
